Craigslist Live for Law Enforcement

Program Information:

According to recent statistics 60 million new classified ads are posted each month ( many anonymously) criminal activity on Craigslist is a common occurrence. In the class, retired special investigator Hale Guyer will equip law enforcement officers to locate, identify and preserve evidence, and to request legal documents necessary to complete a thorough crime investigation. Case studies will include online frauds and scams, stalking, bullying, narcotics violations, prostitution and sex crimes. Techniques discussed will include subpoenas, undercover messaging, ghosting and tracing email addresses.

**Cancellations for this class must be received by SLEA 35 days prior to the start of the program in order to avoid being billed!**
