Program Information:
The EOP is only 1 small piece
of an overall, comprehensive EM program. Additional planning efforts
should include all areas of planning. The public expectation is that if
a disaster occurs, the local government has a plan in place that will
restore the entire community to pre-disaster condition. Participants
will develop a foundation for each of these planning efforts. This
2-day, 16 hour program is appropriate for all levels of staff including
program volunteers in emergency management programs. The course will
lead participants in identifying their planning priorities and set a
baseline for each planning area .
