Building a Successful Organization

This workshop focuses on how to build and maintain successful police organizations. The public and government leaders demand high accountability from senior law enforcement officials to be effective and run ethical organizations. This accountability becomes increasingly difficult with reductions in staff positions and budgetary constraints. The actual cases presented in this workshop are derived from current law enforcement issues that are faced by police leaders.

Personnel Issues

Trianing and Support

Managing and supervising properly

Confronting poor performance

Retaining good employees/discharing poor employees

**Cancellations for this class must be received by SLEA 35 days prior to the start of the program in order to avoid being billed!**
