Description of Organization:
A living facility for disabled adults and seniors requiring long-term care and short term rehabilitation.
Description of Service Learner Role:
Provide social interaction, companionship and friendship to the residents. Assist with resident activities and recreational programming. Develop recreational horticulture and other special projects.
Organization Requirements:
Required minimum of 2 hours/week. MUST allow at least 4 weeks to complete the project. 2 hour orientation required.
