Description of Organization:
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet, translates God's reconciling love into professional human services, advocates for a just and compassionate society and brings together members of the community, church, business, health care and government to develop effective responses to human needs. Description of Service Learner Role:
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet, has two opportunities available:

1. Assist in furnishing apartments in DuPage County for Catholic Charities clients.  Service learners will aid in moving and delivery of furnishings and other related household items as well as cleaning of storage areas.

2. Out Of Poverty Class Assistant: Participate in the Out of Poverty program and serve as class assistant by preparing materials for class, creating documents, grading homework, and evaluating class participation.
