Admissions Requirements–High school graduate, GED, or 18 years of age or older. Others may be admitted with permission of the Coordinator of Admissions.
Tests:

ACT or SAT–Recommended
TOEFL (F-1 International students)–Required
Pre-Course Testing (English 1101)–Required
Pre-Course Testing (Math 0482, 1218, 1220, 1428, 1431) –Required
Pre-Course Testing (Reading Proficiency)–Students who accumulate or exceed six credit hours at C.O.D. are required to take the Reading Pre-Course Test.
Some Allied Health programs require the C.O.D.'s pre-course testing.

Reading Pre-Course Test Exemptions:

College credit totaling 30 semester hours with at least a "C" average, or
ACT composite score of 20 or better
SAT verbal score of 500 or better
A score of 550 paper/pencil or 213 computer-based or better on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
