Description
An introductory course in MS Office 2007 utilizing the basic functions of Windows, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additional topics include electronic mail, Desktop Information Manager functions, and Object Linking between Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Designed for the office support person or persons wishing to learn and/or upgrade software skills. May not be substituted for CIS 1205.

Description
An introductory course in Microsoft Word 2007 using software functionality which may include insert, delete, cut, paste, find, replace, document formatting, margins, tabs, spell checker, thesaurus, grammar checker, pagination, page numbering, indent, printing, line spacing, paragraph alignment, centering, viewing modes, multiple windows, newspaper columns, footnotes, endnotes, headers, footers, merging, disk maintenance, folders, and subfolders.

Microsoft Outlook

Description
An introductory course in electronic mail using Microsoft Outlook 2007 emphasizing efficient use of e-mail software. Topics will include communicating with e-mail, creating and managing folders, scheduling with calendar, and organizing the contact list. Prerequisite: Basic keyboarding skills and knowledge of Windows software.
