Areas of Research Interest:
I wanted to work at a community college so my focus could be teaching rather than research.  Through most of my career here this has been the focus of faculty hiring and evaluation. The areas that I currently enjoying reading about are contemporary US, modern Asia, Russia, and the Middle East.
