A survey of the structure and function of the juvenile justice
system and the relationship between agencies. Students follow
the offender through the entire system from first contact with
the police to institutions and parole. The functions of various
types of rehabilitation settings are examined, including group
homes, institutions, probations and parole. (3 lecture hours,
4 lab hours)
