Certificate Option: Applied Gerontology
The Applied Gerontology certificate provides interdisciplinary
instruction in working with aging populations for professionals
in the health care and human services fields. It requires 58 credits
in the courses listed below.

Alld 210 Health Aspects of Aging 3
Psych 100 General Psychology 5
Psych 235 Development Psych -- Adulthood 5
Socio 252 Social Geront -- Aging & Society 5
Socio 253 Dying, Death and Bereavement 5
(Recre 120 may be substituted for Socio 253.)
