Purpose:
To assist a student in need of financial assistance to complete the second year of nursing and achieve an Associates Degree of Nursing

Requirements:
• Must be a student enrolled in the COD nursing program
• Must be beginning the second year in Fall 2010
• Must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA to receive funds
• Must write a paragraph explaining financial need and career goals
• File10-11FAFSA. COD must receive information electronically by the deadline date

Terms:
To be used for tuition, fees and books at C.O.D. beginning Spring semester 2011(Fall expenses may be reimbursed)
