Purpose:
In honor of Donald H. Fischer, this scholarship is offered to a single-parent who has the highest financial need and for whom this scholarship will allow him/her to pursue an education to reach greater opportunities.

Requirements:
• Must reside in Community College District 502
• Be enrolled full or part-time
• Single parent
• File 07-08 FAFSA. COD must receive ISIR electronically from the Department of Education by deadline date
• Must demonstrate financial need (EFC of 0)

Terms:
• To be used for tuition, fees and books beginning Fall semester 2007
