Purpose:
In the name of Hal Keller, founder of the scholarship and owner of Forbes Electric, this scholarship is offered annually to a student with financial need at C.O.D.

Eligibility:
• Maintain cumulative 2.0 GPA
• File 09-10 FAFSA. C.O.D. must receive information by deadline date.

Terms:
To be used for tuition, fees and books beginning Spring semester 2010
