Established in 1983 in memory of John Belushi, actor, comedian, entertainer and C.O.D. Alumni, and Second City, Chicago-based comedic theatre group

Award Amount:
1 @ $1000

Deadline:
November 17, 2009

Purpose:
To support a student of jazz/band music

Eligibility:
• High school graduate and resident of District 502
• New or continuing student at C.O.D
• Part or full time student at C.O.D
• Pursuing jazz/band music
• Participate in jazz/band ensembles at C.O.D
• Selected through competitive audition and interview

Terms:
To be used for tuition, fees and books at C.O.D beginning Spring semester 2010
