May 1, 2010 for Fall
Nov 1, 2010 for Spring and Fall

Eligibility
• Must be enrolled in credit course(s) at C.O.D.
• File10-11 FAFSA. C.O.D. must receive information electronically by deadline date

Terms:
To be used for textbooks at COD beginning Fall Semester 2010

Submitting Applications:
• Can be dropped off at Financial Aid Office, SRC 2050
• Can be faxed to Financial Aid Office at 630-942-2151
