Rotary Club of Naperville, Naperville Rotary Charities and Benedictine University or North Central College

Purpose:
To assist a financially needy degree seeking student transferring from College of DuPage for two years study at Benedictine University or North Central College leading to a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science Degree.

Award Amount:
1@ up to $25,000 towards two years tuition and educational expenses

Deadline:
June 16, 2008

Criterion for selection:
Financial need, academic performance, and service to school and community

Eligibility to apply:
• Student must be a United States citizen
• Student cannot be a child or grandchild of a Rotarian
• Student must possess a cumulative college GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale)
• Student must file a 2008-2009 FAFSA (available 01/01/08). Benedictine University or North Central College must receive results of the FAFSA electronically by deadline. Please use the following FAFSA school codes: Benedictine University 001767 and North Central College 001734


Eligibility to maintain scholarship:
• Student must be a full-time student (atleast 12 credit hours per term at Benedictine University or 8 credit hours per term at North Central College) and student must maintain full-time enrollment in consecutive terms (summer term not applicable)
• Student must maintain a 2.75 GPA while at Benedictine University or North Central College
•Student must attend one Rotary Club of Naperville meeting per year
• Student must adhere to Benedictine University "Statement of Responsibilities" or North Central College "Statement of Student Conduct and College Policy."
