Eligibility
• Enrolled full or part-time in a degree-granting program in health related fields
• Resident of District 502
• Have and maintain a 3.0 GPA
• File 2010-11 FAFSA. C.O.D. must receive information electronically by deadline date.

Terms:
• Applicable toward tuition, fees and books beginning Fall Semester 2010
