The Ruth G. Nechoda Memorial Scholarship (G514)

Source of Support:
Gifts in memory of Ruth G. Nechoda, Dean of Natural Sciences Department, College of DuPage, from 1967 to 1985.

Award Amount:
1 @ $1,000

Deadline:
April 17, 2009

Purpose:
To assist a student pursuing a course of study in Natural Sciences toward a medical or biochemistry degree.

Eligibility:
• Must be a full-time student taking 12 hours per semester
• Must have accumulated 27 credit hours by Fall 2009
• Must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA to receive funds

Terms:
• To be used for tuition, fees and books.
• Available for the 2009-2010 academic year
• If a student fails to qualify for subsequent semester, remainder may be awarded to next eligible student during the same academic year.
• Unused funds at the end of the academic year will revert to the fund.
