To support a student majoring in the Dental Hygiene program at C.O.D.

Eligibility
• Enrolled in the degree-granting Dental Hygiene program at C.O.D.
• Resident of District 502
• Submit paragraph describing career goals
• File 2009-10 FAFSA. C.O.D. must receive information electronically by deadline date.
• Must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA

Terms:
• Applicable toward tuition, fees and books beginning Fall semester 2009
