Purpose:
To assist Illinois community college students enrolled in a health care program that will benefit Illinois residents.
Eligibility:
• May be attending either full or part time, but must demonstrate desire to complete a health care program
• Must be enrolled in a health care program that provides direct medical care to individuals
• Must be committed in his/her intent to practice in Illinois or a city adjacent to the Illinois border where Illinoisans go for primary health care
• File 10-11 FAFSA. C.O.D. must receive information electronically by deadline date
• Race, creed, sex, religion and national origin are not to be considerations in the selection process
Terms:
• Applicable toward tuition, fees, books and supplies beginning Fall semester 2010
