Purpose:
To honor the memory of John Gilbreath, who was studying to become a nurse, but died in 2001, and to assist second-year students enrolled in the Associate Degree Nursing Program at C.O.D.

Requirements:
• Second-year students enrolled in Associate Degree in Nursing program
• Resident of District 502
• Maintain cumulative 2.0 GPA
• Submit paragraph describing career goals
• Submit paragraph validating financial need

Terms:
To be used for tuition, fees, books and related materials beginning Fall semester 2008
