Purpose:
To offer financial assistance to vocational oriented floral design students in memory of John “Johnny” A. Novak and Isadora “Izzy” l. Budasi, two highly talented floral designers, who touched the lives of thousands of people throughout their careers with their originality and imaginations. Additionally, both Izzy and Johnny believed in the professionalism of floral design, requiring the standards of quality, design, and creativity to be maintained at an elevated level. 

Eligibility:
• Must major in Horticulture and have completed HORT 1100
• Must have a 3.0 G.P.A. or higher
• Must attend C.O.D. part or full-time
• Must file a 2009-2010 FAFSA. Preference will be given to a student with financial need as evidenced by FAFSA and a valid Student Aid Report, SAR, with College of DuPage listed on it
