Purpose:
In honor of Donald H. Fischer, this scholarship is offered to a single-parent who has the highest financial need and for whom this scholarship will allow him/her to pursue an education to reach greater opportunities.

Requirements:
• Must reside in Community College District 502
• Be enrolled full or part-time
• Single parent
• File 2009-2010 FAFSA. C.O.D. must receive ISIR electronically from Department of Education by the deadline date
• Must demonstrate financial need (EFC of 0)

Terms:
• To be used for tuition, fees and books beginning Fall Semester 2009
