5 @ $1,000 (Awards given to any of the following high schools: Glenbard West, Glenbard South, Wheaton North, Wheaton Warrenville South and St. Francis High Schools)

Deadline:

Purpose:
To assist a graduating high school senior or a student attending C.O.D. who attended one of the listed high schools and who has made an exceptional effort through school or community activities.

Requirements:
• Must be a 2008 senior or former graduate from one of the above mentioned high schools
• Must reside in Community College District 502
• Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours per semester) and maintain a 3.0 GPA while attending C.O.D.
• Must provide an official high school transcript
• Must show evidence of exceptional effort given or achievement attained through school or community related activities
• Must include a one page written recommendation by appropriate person from the high school or community organization

Terms:
• To be used for tuition, fees and books at C.O.D. beginning Fall semester 2008
