Purpose:
To award incoming or returning freshmen at C.O.D. with a 3.0 GPA or better and to encourage their continued scholastic achievement

Requirements:
• Resident of District 502
• Must have accumulated less than 30 credit hours at start of Fall semester 2010
• Maintain cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Full time student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester)
• Recent high school graduates submit official high school transcript
• Enroll in certificate, degree or transfer program

Terms:
• To be used only for tuition, fees and books at C.O.D. beginning Fall semester 2010. Students will not receive direct cash payments.
• Payment is made over two academic semesters: Fall, $500; Spring, $500
• Funds not utilized by end of Spring Semester 2011 will be returned to the general fund
