Purpose:
To assist students pursuing a health care career who have been accepted into or enrolled in a certificate or associate degree program in Nursing or Allied Health at C.O.D.

Requirements
• Admitted to or enrolled in a certificate or degree-granting program in Nursing or Allied Health
• Resident of District 502
• Submit paragraph validating scholarship need
• File 09-10 FAFSA. C.O.D. must receive information electronically by deadline date
• Submit one letter of recommendation from program coordinator

Terms:
• Applicable towards tuition, fees and books beginning Fall semester 2009.
• $1,000 scholarships will be offered annually. Students in a two-year program may re-apply for the second year.
