Private donations in memory of Julie Svec, College of DuPage Athletic Trainer, 1987-1999

Award Amount:
At least 1 @ up to $1,000

Deadline:
May 1, 2008

Purpose:
To recognize an outstanding 2nd year student pursuing an interest in athletic training, athletic programming/coaching or physical education at C.O.D.

Eligibility:
• Must be enrolled as a full time student at C.O.D. (at least 12 credits per semester)
• Must be a student-athletic trainer (working in the training room), a student team manager, physical education major or student involved in extra-curricular sports activity
• Must have completed 24 hours with a minimum 2.5 GPA
• Must receive a recommendation from an athletic trainer, professor or coach
• Must write a narrative of their experience at C.O.D.

Terms:
To be used for tuition, fees and books at C.O.D. beginning Fall semester 2008
