Purpose:
In memory of Darrell Stremler, the founding CEO of DuPage Medical Group, this scholarship is offered to student enrolled in the Medical Assistant Program (MA).

Eligibility:
• Must be admitted to the MA Program
• Resident of District 502
• Must include a one page written recommendation by an instructor, supervisor or appropriate person.
• One award given to a student who demonstrates financial need - must file 2010-2011 FAFSA and COD must receive by application date

Terms:
• To be used for tuition, fees and books at C.O.D.

Selection Process:
• Health Sciences Faculty


Submitting Applications:
• Can be dropped off at Financial Aid Office, SRC 2050
• Can be faxed to Financial Aid Office at 630-942-2151
