Purpose:
To honor the memory of Barbara Kohler who was studying to become a nurse, but died at age 19 of leukemia, and to assist students pursuing a health care career who have been accepted into or enrolled in a certificate or associate degree in Nursing or Allied Health program at C.O.D.

Eligibility:
• Admitted to or enrolled in a certificate or degree-granting program in Nursing or Allied Health
• Resident of District 502
• Maintain cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Submit paragraph describing career goals
• File 2009-10 FAFSA. COD must receive information electronically by deadline date

Terms:
Applicable toward tuition, fees, books and related materials beginning Fall Semester 2009
