Purpose:
To assist a 2008 graduate from Lake Park High School who has made an exceptional effort through school or community activities

Eligibility:
• Preference to a 2008 graduating senior from Lake Park High School
• Must reside in Community College District 502
• Must be a full-time student (12 credit hours per semester) and maintain a 3.0 GPA while attending C.O.D.
• Must provide an official high school transcript
• Must show evidence of exceptional effort given or achievement attained through school or community related activities
• Must include a one page written recommendation by appropriate person from the high school or community organization

Terms:
Applicable towards tuition, fees and books beginning Fall semester 2008
