For fiscal year 08-09, we will have the following holidays:

  Independence Day - Friday, July 4, 2008
  Labor Day - Monday, September 1, 2008
  Thanksgiving Day and Friday after, 11/27/2008 and 11/28/2008
  Winter Break - Wednesday, December 24, 2008 through Friday, January 2, 2009
        (The Board of Trustees has approved an additional day, 1/2/09, for Benefited Classified and Administrators only)
  Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday - Monday, January 19, 2009
  Memorial Day - Monday, May 25, 2009

Benefited Classified employees (Level 3* and Level 4**) will have 1 floating holiday

Administrators will have 0 floating holiday

Floating holiday hours for FY 09 will be available as of 7/1/08 and must be used by 6/30/09. They cannot be carried over. If you have questions about whether or not you have already used your floating holiday, please contact the Payroll office.

*Level 3 = benefited classified, scheduled to work 30-39 hours per week.

**Level 4 = benefited classified, scheduled to work 40 hours per week.
