16 workdays of health leave per fiscal year. New employees receive 64 hrs. for first six months (48 hours for 30 hour employees) with balance available after 6 months. Maximum accrual is 316 days including current year accrual. |

Health Leave Bank allows up to a match of your accumulated sick time (maximum of 60 days) after paid leave is exhausted. Please contact Human Resources for more information. You may elect to participate each year by donating one day of sick leave. |
