Physical Education

Assessments of components of physical fitness are covered. These components include cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, stress and nutrition. Students then use the information ascertained from the assessments to design a personalized exercise prescription.

Technical Requirements
