Physical Education 1554: Healthy Eating
Basic and practical nutrition that addresses misconceptions about the
nature of food and nutrition in terms of overall wellness. Designed to
provide personal appreciation, understanding and awareness of good
nutrition and healthy eating.
Prerequisite: None. (1 credit hour)
This is not a self-paced course.
Assignments will be due weekly. All work is done online.
