Microsoft Word is one of the most popular software applications used in business, industry, and for personal use. Learn how the power of Word can help you in your everyday life whether at home, in business, as a volunteer, or helping your children with their projects!

Learn lots of shortcuts, tips, and tricks while completing Chapters 1-12, 14, 16-17, and 19-21 of the textbook and learn how to work more efficiently when using Microsoft Word 2013. (You may complete the remaining chapters when you enroll in Word Processing II, Office Technology Information 1215.) You will also use an Internet site to access the Snap software for assessment and additional training.
