Learn lots of shortcuts, tips, and tricks while completing Chapters 1-12, 14, 16-17, and 19-21 of the textbook and learn how to work more efficiently when using Microsoft Word 2010. (You may complete the remaining chapters when you enroll in Word Processing II, Office Technology Information 1215.) You will also use an Internet site to access the Snap software for assessment and additional training.
