HUMAN 2240: Family Education and Treatment Models

Overview of the effects of family interaction on individual growth and change. The impact of crises such as divorce, addictions, death, troubled children, and/or aging parents on the family system is explored. Diverse family systems are also introduced. Clinical approaches as well as preventive interventions with families are explained.
