Art 2213 is a chronological survey of Western visual culture from the Rococo period through the transnational Postmodern era. Examines major artists, art styles and aesthetic theories within their historical, social, political and aesthetic contexts.

Prerequisites

To enroll in Art 2213, students must have taken the Reading Placement Test and scored in Category One.

Technical Requirements

Students must have regular access to the Internet and a computer. Courses are administered through Blackboard, so students will also need a compatible OS and browser. A list of recommended software can be found here.
