SALES is designed for both the student interested in Sales as an academic area and for those who require immediately applicable knowledge of the field. The approach is hands-on and problem solving oriented with appropriate theory woven throughout.
Students will engage in lively online discussions, work with specialized software and CD-ROMs, actively problem-solve and submit a video-tape, CD-ROM/DVD recording of a sales call or conduct a sales call with the instructor in person, by e-mail or by phone.
