Fashion Studies 1180:Bus Practices-Fashion Entrepreneurship introduces students to the business concepts needed to have a successful retail business. Even in a design or retail business, approximately 80% of your time will be spent in this area. These relevant areas will have a huge impact on whether or not your business idea is worth pursuing and how to be profitable. It is different than a regular business class because it focuses on industry-specific information while introducing the student to business topics that are important to thoroughly understand despite your specific industry. Content is broken down and geared towards the creative mind or right brain learner.
