CIS 2320 is intended for the intermediate to advanced Web page developer. The prerequisites are CIS 1400 (Programming Logic and Technique) and CIS 1310 (HTML and CSS). Working knowledge of the Internet and WWW (search techniques, file downloads, decompressing files, Web navigation, using email, etc.) and Windows (create folders, copy files, move files, pathnames, etc.) is expected.
Although you do not always need to be online while you are completing the tutorials or the assignments that are in the text book, you will need to be online to access course materials and to do the Internet activities.
All tests and exams are online.
You may not use a web design tool for generating Web pages such as Dreamweaver.
To submit your assignments, you will need to zip your files. If you are running Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7, you can use the Windows compression utility.
