OAI ANNOUNCES A TUITION AWARD TO HELP STUDENTS
The Older Adult Institute has a special request of our students, instructors
and friends.
To the Future: The Older Adult Institute has inaugurated a tuition
award program for students who need help with credit class fees. Over
the past 20 years, much has remained consistent at the OAI — varied
and exciting courses, enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors, and
our commitment to be a haven for learning — but fees have increased
dramatically over two decades.
We do not want cost to exclude any OAI student.
OAI has started a tuition award program that offers
opportunities to help fellow students and the Institute. For information
about making a gift contact Tom Simandl, Manager of Development, at
(630) 942-3848. If you can, please send a check made out to the College
of DuPage Foundation (write “OAI
Tuition Award” on the memo line), to:
College of DuPage Foundation
425 Fawell Blvd.
Glen Ellyn, IL 60137-6599
All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
Any Older Adult Institute student who needs help with credit class
tuition, is a resident of District 502, is 65 years or older and has
attended at least two Older Adult Institute classes in the last two
years, is invited to apply for a tuition award. Call the Older Adult
Institute or come in. All applications are handled within the Older
Adult Institute.

Institute at 1 (630) 942-2700 and ask for Clare Garling, OAI coordinator.
