Student theater fall into two categories. StageWorks productions are fully designed productions. Actors' Theatre in the Studio productions use minimal design in order to focus on the acting process as an extension of the classroom.

Adjacent to the McAninch Arts Center Lobby, the William E. Gahlberg Gallery is a glass-enclosed space for the exhibition of painting, sculpture and other visual arts media. It is free and open to the public.
