Want to learn more about depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia?
Do you have some fears and concerns about people with mental illness,
especially in light of Virginia Tech and NIU? We will watch a short
video on mental illness and answer some of these questions. We will
also talk about some of the ways in which we can help support those
who live with mental illness.

Do you get stressed out around the holidays over the thoughts of money,
shopping, crowds and parties? Guided imagery can help you paint a more
pleasant picture for your holiday season. This presentation will discuss
the principles behind guided imagery and conclude with an actual guided
imagery session.
