Meet the Counseling Faculty


Rae M. Maslana has served C.O.D. students as a counselor since 1992. She earned a master in education degree from Loyola University, Chicago; a bachelor of science degree from DePaul University, Chicago; and an associate in science degree from Triton College. She also completed her pre-doctoral coursework at Northern Illinois University and holds designations as a national certified counselor and Illinois Licensed professional counselor.

Areas of professional interest include counseling ethnic-minority, returning adult and disabled individuals. Her prior work experience includes positions at National-Louis University and Triton College. Rae and her husband, Ron, have two daughters.
