New Adult Students to COD
Adult students age 21 and older who have never submitted an Admission Form or taken classes at COD can explore the many options available to adult learners:
- Getting started is easy at COD because everything you need to know as a new adult student is outlined for you.
- Attend an FYI (For Your Information) Session to learn about a specific program or to meet one-on-one with an adult admissions representative by calling (630) 942-2380.
- Find the degrees and certificates that best fit your educational and professional goals.
- Meet with a counselor if you are uncertain of your educational or career direction. Advisors will assist you with course selection.
- Brush up on your math, writing, reading and speech skills or seek out the help of a tutor in our Academic Assistance/Skills Development Center.
- Seek out a new career or learn more about today's ever-changing job market in our Career Services Center.
Current or Former COD Students
Are you currently taking classes at COD and have questions about course selection or degree or certificate requirements? Please contact the Counseling and Advising office at (630) 942-2259 for assistance.
Or, has it been a few years since you last attended COD and you are looking to return? Please contact Campus Central at (630) 942-2380 who will verify whether or not you are still in our system and make the appropriate referral at COD.
