How to Take a Field Studies Course

Click on "Course Listings" or obtain a copy of the Class Schedule from the Admissions office to determine the upcoming schedule of offerings. All Field Studies courses are offered for credit and most can be taken for a letter grade or a satisfactory/fail option with prior arrangement by faculty.

Whether you are a new or returning student at College of DuPage, appointment times to register for classes will vary. For information on when you may register, check myACCESS or contact Student Registration Services at (630) 942-2377.


To Register 

Self-registration is available by logging on to myACCESS.

The Field Studies/Study Abroad office can provide registration assistance and, in some instances, register you on the spot. We are located in BIC 3509, or call us at (630) 942-2356.

You may also register on your registration date, or later, by coming to Student Registration Services, SSC 2221 during office hours, or call (630) 942-2377 and press "4."

Note

FEES FOR TRAVEL AND LODGING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (Travel protection information is available in BIC 3509 for students wishing to purchase trip insurance.) Students are responsible for withdrawing from Field and Experiential Learning courses through the Field Studies/Study Abroad office. Students who do not pay their tuition bills will not be automatically withdrawn from these courses.
