Donna has been interested in massage therapy for many years. She had the opportunity to go back to school and pursue a career in bodywork, graduating from National University of Health Sciences. She treats each client according to their specific needs. Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage or a therapeutic massage to address particular muscular issues, Donna designs the therapy sessions around what the client wants and needs and uses techniques that would be most beneficial. She practices Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and Thai massage.
Jean has been a licensed massage therapist since 1999, graduating from Wellness and Massage Training Institute. Her modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal and geriatric. She also a reiki master/teacher. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique using a hands-on approach to transfer universal energy to a client to provide balance and aid in the healing process. She is also an Ortho-Bionomy™ practitioner. Ortho-Bionomy gently allows muscles and joints to relax. It can be used for releasing muscle and joint restrictions caused by stress, accidents and injuries.
Mesha has a passion for therapeutic bodywork and holds licenses in both massage therapy and esthetics, graduating from SpaVargas. Having worked in corporate America in the financial services industry, she can relate to the ongoing pressures of deadlines, client relations and managing life-work balance. Pam massages with a creative flair. Through touch, she can tell what your muscles need and uses a variety of techniques to relax them. She works at a gentle pace, which effectively relaxes your body and mind. Pam earned her massage therapy certification from COD, graduating with high honors. She is committed to the massage profession and believes that a great massage is the ultimate "system reboot." She is active in the community including serving as a volunteer massage therapist at the CDH Cancer Center.
Phil became interested in the Asian approach to healing as a result of his 25 years of training in Asian martial arts. He graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and has taken classes in cupping and Gua Sha, which he incorporates into his bodywork practice. Phil is also trained in Swedish and deep tissue massage, and reflexology. He is a certified tai chi instructor who teaches regularly for College of DuPage Continuing Education.
