Supply Chain

Driving Growth with your Supply Chain

Supply chain relationships are both a competitive threat and opportunity.

  • Do you have a strategy for your supply chain - and Is it aligned?
  • Do you know and understand the decisions and trade-offs you have to make?

A successful supply chain gets the right product to the right place at the right time - and in the right condition. In this series, you will develop a strategy for your supply chain, learn how to identify and assess risks, and integrate risk planning into your operation.

Develop the framework for a successful logistics network and learn how to make cross-functional decisions as they relate to your logistics. Upon completion of this program you will understand the above and have a completed plan created for your own supply chain. This course uses The Fresh Connection, a web-based business simulation tool. All classes will be synchronously taught online.
