Engaging Employees Plus

Spring 2018
Public focus on government effectiveness has placed public sector leaders under enormous pressure to maintain and improve performance, while simultaneously doing more with less. One proven response to this challenge is to improve employee engagement. When public sector employees are engaged and perform well, government effectiveness increases.

How PSTI Makes a Difference
"I feel it is important to realize the different personalities there are in a workplace! And how to make them work together."
-John Izewski, Village Arborist, Village of Bensenville

"I would recommend this program to others, it taught me a lot about myself and how I can better lead."
-Jonathan Muir, Street Supervisor, City of Wheaton

"There aren't a plethora of training opportunities, specific to management in the public sector, so I found this very useful and would recommend to colleagues."
-Mary Mitros, Stormwater Communications Supervisor, DuPage County.
