Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
With a 97% certification success rate, this unique and intensive learning experience in problem solving is designed for any professional at any level in any industry. Learn how to solve problems as a team and individually, and improve processes and operations at your workplace. This workshop is in partnership with fkiQuality and Six Sigma Masters.
The program includes:
- The integrated DMAIC-Lean method for process improvement: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control
- Six Sigma as well as Lean and Deming principles for excellence
- A company case study with individualized problem-solving tasks
- Numerical and statistical analyses of performance
- A Microsoft Excel-based analysis of business results

6 to 9:30 p.m.
On campus in Glen Ellyn
The course fee includes all materials, project review and the online certification exam, Saturday, April 14, at 8:30 a.m. Additional testing dates are available.
How Certification Works
Certification is awarded through Six Sigma Masters Program.
Participants complete a written project report to be reviewed by the certifying Master Black Belt as a prerequisite to earning the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt designation.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is recommended
Participants are asked to bring their own laptop.
